1. The feeder vibrates greatly when working. Reasons: 1. The raw material is too bent. 2. The raw material has no chamfer. 3. The center is misaligned. Countermeasures: 1. Try to purchase straight materials. 2. Chamfer the end of the material. 3. Re-calibrate the center. 2. It cannot be started. Reason: The power supply is not connected. Countermeasure: Check if the power supply is properly connected. 3. Insufficient pressure. Reasons: 1. Insufficient hydraulic oil. 2. Whether the motor is working properly. 3. Filter screen is blocked. 4. Seal ring is damaged. Countermeasures: 1. Replenish hydraulic oil. 2. Check the wiring connection. 3. Replace the filter element. 4. Replace the seal ring. 4. When changing materials, the bar cannot enter the feeder. Reason: The backset time is set too short, and the push rod cannot fully retract to the end of the material tube. Countermeasure: Long press the "Set" button, then press "Increase" to increase the backset time, and press the "Set" button twice to return to the working state. 5. The feeder does not alarm after feeding or alarms in advance. Reasons: 1. Insufficient pressure. 2. The position of the material tube is incorrect. 3. Whether the motor is working properly. Countermeasures: 1. Check the oil level. 2. Move the material tube slightly. 3. Check the wiring for hazards - may cause serious injury. Please be extra careful. 1. Incorrect adjustments may cause feeder malfunction or machine damage.
2. Do not touch the mechanical power unit with any part of your body while the equipment is operating.
