1.Composition of a press-fit tool:
-1 bottom die (corresponding to 1 product):
The bottom die provides overall support for the PCBA board.
-1 top die (corresponding to 1 component):
The top die has positioning feet on both sides or ends where there are no components.

2. Design Principle
The upper die will be made into a U-shaped structure, covering the module and pressing downwards until the upper die feet finally contact the PCB board for positioning.
1) The contact area between the upper die and the PCB board must be flat and free of surface circuitry;
2) If there are components or surface circuitry, the upper die feet can be slightly grooved to avoid them, but this will increase the unit stress in the contact area;
3) The width of the upper die feet should not be less than 3mm, and it is recommended to reserve a contact area width of ≥5mm.
