TP6/PR-B Product Introduction
TP6/PR-B is a dedicated machine engineered for horizontal external bending, height setting, forming and lead trimming of axial components (including resistors, diodes and fuses) in tape or bulk form with a wire diameter of 1mm–1.3mm.
As a modular integrated system, it can cater to your diverse production needs via the optional configurations below:
MOT-98: Variable-speed electric drive unit for motorized operation.
CS10: Bulk feeder to meet the feeding and forming requirements of bulk components
TP6/PR-B with delrin toothed discs 40.0L11 standard 40.OL12 reinforced to prevent marking the leads. This system automatically adjusts the bending wheels, reducing the set-up time and making it easier.
